Hello Jonathan. I admire your work the most of the LM designers. A critique of the red Ferrari 250 GTO rebirth. the nose should not have a square edge on it. The car is so voluptuous and beautiful. your body lines are excellent and your compound curves are very well placed. Side vents slightly larger than necessary but classic none the less. the tail section does not match the rest of the car. Impeccable detail does not match with the fisher price taillight facia. Slight rework of those two areas and i believe you would have an award winning design to show. I also like the depth of your understanding of the offroad chassis in your portfolio. Since I have insulted your beaustiful work now is an unusual time to ask for your assistance i am sure. I have been in the custom truck fabrication business for 8 years. 1 Skill I did not Make time to master was your level of quality rendering. Estimated, how many hours do you have in the ferrari concept? Would you be intersted in helping me draw a vehicle for proposal to Jay and the crew? i have patents on my designs so i do have some exclusivity to what i design and my odds are VERY high ofgetting them produced. Intersted in chatting about it Jonathan?

Don't know whether the deliverables need to change, as the design criteria has pretty much been different between comps. Maybe BB's idea, like each competition LM randomly selects 250 members that are the only ones allowed to vote. I still would also want a more in depth scoring system and that all voters are required to also submit a critique with each vote. Also as many entries don't have the required deliverables, maybe they shouldn't be allowed to enter or that a penalty will be deducted. I also still believe that the contest has a too short a time frame. Look at all the major contests, they are typically annual, and you have like 3-5 months to submit. I could see more like 4 comps a year, excluding designing smaller items and designing skins. Design shouldn't be a race!

I remember that they didn't want to have more categories or a 10/100 point system was that it may make it too difficult and people wouldn't vote. I agree with you, I would possibly prefer having fewer(?), more contemplative members giving their scores.

I don't remember whether you were a part of the online discussion we had sometime ago about changing the voting. We now have 3 categories to vote on, and several of us wanted one or 2 more. I also wanted a 9/10 point voting criteria for each category, in fact a 100 points would be even better. Right now for me there is a lot of projects that I give a 3 or 4, but no way are they really that close. Creme dela creme for 5's.

Just thought of another complication: if a designer uses 'checkup', his identity will have to be hidden there too. Also the designer would have to be careful in his replies there, and in his entry page, to further conceal his identity.

Hi Judge, nice work; I feel the door sill needs to be readdressed to visually strengthen the cabin stance. U did the rims so nicely. Good job
I have to say the RF has just tipped the scale to ICON status in my books. The suspensions are unbelievable; the ride dynamics really work the RF in that environment. LM you have made a desirable vehicle in no time. BRILLIANT work.
Its coming along very well. I do think you may have to consider lowering the headlights, so on a full beam the glare wont distract coming traffic. Good job
The reversed door style works the design soo well. The cab is may favorite part of the design, but i do feel the bull grill if tweaked alittle would complete the front totally IMO. All the same its a great job Braun keep it coming.
Thx filski, yes ill do the same treatment on the rear, to see how it will work. Glad to hear your take @chappy. Nice take on the new borg warner SST. For the styling suggestion, i do think it would take a turn to hummer and jeep. Their styling cues are strong and are so easy to fall into. Thx again
THAT IS ONE MEAN LOW RIDE. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWEEEE. THIS IS GOING ON MY DESKTOP ASAP. THE RF IS BEAUTIFUL INDEED.
