very well presented, and thoughtful proportion. nice work
Thanks ^^ If I have understood Baptiste you will go in my class next school rentry !!!?? XD
absolutely !! ;)
I like this; great idea incorporating brackets to accommodate either surfboards or bikes - rarely do adventure seekers only have one sport!
Right on time Ugo... I enjoy seeing a common identity among your 3 LM projects. That makes me dream about an LM range, made of many various exciting vehicules. Maybe one day... Congratulations for the constant quality of your work and your creativity. Cheers
■Aurel.

i would not be suprised if you won this comp. great work and i love the design...but i dont really understand the bottom right pic?

Very nice car. I like the design and its very practical, also excelent ground clearance and overall dimensions. I would have to question the top mounted spare wheel, it would totally throw off the car's balance in curves because if the high centre of gravity, it would have been better if it was mounted at the rear
i can see you have modified your old design quite nicely into an LM-machine! i'll say what i said when i first saw the design.... really cool! as its almost the same design, and i really liked the old design!
Super! I like the full presentation and the vehicle's lifestyle functionality. Hi 5
Thanks for all your comments !!
"sleepy" Don't care with the spare wheel, it is not really dangerous compared to others off-road cars and I can not mount it at the rear because there is a half back door.
I like the idea with the surfboard rack in the rear of the car. Reminds me of a guitarstand for various guitars in one...practical. Nice overall presentation as well!

As soon as I saw your old VW design, I thought that could be instantly entered into the Adventure Motors competition. I liked the old design, and I love the revamped one. The switch to a Local face worked nicely. This is the best design I've seen so far in this competition.

Ugo, This is a competition tailor made for your work! In my opinion you have hit the essence of this competition squarely on the head, and I want one of these. I do believe that getting the scale right to fit 6 and still make it feel "cute" and not "massive" will be the important trick, but there is enormous potential here. I love it, love it, love it.....and want one. 5 Bagger.

Thanks very much everybody. I am glad to see that this project is liked. ^^ Thanks for all your compliments.
great work ugo brilliant renders as usual! Im not too fussed on the interior, its not lively enough to match the outside of the vehicle but then i cant think what would be better! the outside is awesome. when you entered the other design into checkup i said it then, and il say it again, that pull out cinema idea is a brilliant one
Thanks Palethorpe!! I think the media center it's a very important accessory for the team because actually there are a lot of people who love to take video during the day for watch it in conviviality and fun. And to show it to other people and share this adventure ^^

Interesting concept, face and proportions kind of remind me of a bulldog, a very tenatious animal
beautiful presentation mate, very nice detailing on your car, you have obviously thought a lot about the concept!!

Hi, Ugo. This concept is the winner for me :)
Very 'tool' like, rugged and tough feeling.

From the Fastline to the LM3 and now the LM4X, Ugo you have displayed a consistently strong capability and force of vision. Congratulations. I said that I hoped to see you on the podium and now it has come true. The community loved your work and in what has been our most intense competition to date, your design scored the highest vote and perhaps more importantly won great praise from the community. You should be most proud, we are, and we love the LM4X design.

Congratulations, Ugo! Stance, vehicle exterior graphic breakup, functionality... it's all there along side a great understanding of the concept. Really nice presentation to bring it all together. A win well deserved!

Congratulations, Ugo. This design stands on its own, a rightful winner. I am proud that you won the competition - this is your third time entering, and you have come close each time. You have inspiring persistence and skill; I can't wait to see what you do next!

Hi Ugo, nice project you have made for this competition ! But I have a question : on your school website, I've seen a project made with 3 students which have a lot of similarities with LM4X. Adventure competition is an individual competition...that's why I'm questionning...Is this design entire yours? I post the picture I've seen in order you to view it.
HA! SCANDAL!! CONSPIRACY!! FIASCO !! ...:D
Congrats Mister Ug'. You deserve it. You keep a wonderful involvement and high-level drawing even in "flash"-time projects....
Can't wait to see your next one !
Cheers !
■Aurel.

Congrats! Ugo for a victory well won.
Congratulations for a job well done.

Hi ngised-real !! For any ideas in the original concept VW it's a group work but for the entire style and others elements it's only me ^^ and for the new project LM4X it's ONLY ME.
You doubt of my sincerity !? ^^
Congrats from me, too! L
Hello everybody!
I confirm that the concept LM4X was to create by ugo.
The original concept for VW is different in its conception and in the spirit and I know it because I am in the same school.
LM4X is made for the adventure, treks, cross over fords. That's why ground clearance is raising and the stylistic language is more aggressive, adventurer in spirit.
I notice that ugo have always the same stylistic language (fastline,LM3,LM4X)
The work finished always to pay.
Congratulation

Charli, we agree. We've seen the original presentation, and we are confident to attribute the original VW body design to Ugo, and this entire LM 4X project to Ugo solely. We base this on the following reasons:
1.) Each of the VW sketches in the original presentation have Ugo's signature, and Ugo's alone.
2.) You drastically changed (and I say improved) the original design.
3.) Having been a 3-time LM competition participant, we know and enjoy your work. We recognize it. You have a naturalistic rendering style with notable use of pads and hard edges; you're drawn to use of graphic application. In our minds, both designs could not belong to anyone but you.
We will continue to protect the work of individual and group designers as it is part of our commitment to this community. If anyone feels they personally lack attribution, they can contact me personally. aferreira@local-motors.com. If this is not the case, please do not cast a shadow on Ugo's work.
