aww man... i had rated this a 5, but just read the top saying its useless since u are not eligible to win :( wat a shame... this car could have definitely been one of the top 3 or top 5 designs

HOOOO BOYY!!! beauutiful man! it looks madass as well as badass!! i bet i might have taken like more than an hour to render each one, but really worth it man!!! i love the rims as well.... very BMW 3series!

These renderings are sick! What program do you use? As for the design, it's refreshingly original and the front is superb. I do wish the rear was more inspiring. As well, there are some visibility issues, but I really, really enjoy this concept. It's nice to see something not only different, but well executed.

Thanks. I'm just dissapointed I couldn't produce more renders within the deadline.Anyway I'm going to post some more renders with an enviroment later on. As you can imagine I thought ths through when I mounted the engine on the side, so on the oposite side I mounted the gastank, and cooling system for the car, the transmission would sit right at the back in the middle. Also to compensate for the weight distribution when the gastank empties I thought of a sliding counterweight that would slide from the center twoards the right of the car to help keep the car balanced. Weight issue is not a problem because the entire car has a carbon fibre body and a tubular chasis. The main reason for the side mounted engine is dimension. With a side mounted engine you get more room for the passengers, a short and wide chassy, and also I managed to move the front disc brakes inside the nose of the car for better cooling.

Sleepy, really excellent work. Great use of checkup and excellent renders. You promised to come back stronger in this competition and you have delivered. I am a big fan of this project. It is retro and yet fresh. Good use of materials and decal. Not sure about lateral weight distro with the engine on the side. Your thoughts? Will continue to feast on this for a while.

Sorry about the delay but the renders took more than I anticipated. I'm also working on some exterior renders now.
